Description | Have we reached a turning point in the mobile video sector? The fact that the new iPhone 6s is now more capable than a reflex tends to make us believe. Indeed, it appeared that Lee Morris Site Fstoppers compared the video capabilities of the latest smartphone from Apple and Nikon D750, a semi-pro DSLR housing, capturing scenes of life with and without zoom, playing with the brightness of scenes with contrasts. And then the conclusion is clear, almost shocking: in any case, the iPhone 6s offers much more effective results than its competitor. And when you zoom to 200% with the smartphone, the picture is much clearer than with the D750. Yet we must put things in context. First, Morris has coupled a Tamron lens, not Nikkor, the SLR. Also, it is obvious that if the tests were conducted in low light conditions, the situation would have been different, and would certainly played to the disadvantage of the mobile. That said, it offers all the same to take a look at the comparison made in daylight. Because it does nonetheless stunning. |
